But for now im just trying to get the base game working. the newest version 1.12 is working without any problems but i need to get 1.10 working because it would probably take months until 1.12 is supported by the mods im planning to install. the crazy thing is 2 months ago all versions and installs worked without any problems now they don't and im trying to figure out why they aren't working. Version 1.10, named Shared Horizons, is a major update that released on July 1st, 2020. Hi, i tested both the 3 vanilla versions and one previously working mod install all 3 didn't work. Use mod filters to select craft that will work With selected mods. If you use CKAN, drop your installed-default.ckan file here to auto select mods explain this. Is there any way i can find out why those versions aren't working? BTW im using win 10, the installs of ksp run fine on a VM on the same hardware so it should be a software problem? Hi do you have any mods installed i had that same problem with a bad mod i reached out to the tech support of the game i had to uninstall the game and delete the dir the game was in. save / load mod pack Select mods using text field above and KerbalX will find craft that use those mods. So version 1.12 is working fine and Version 1.7.3 and lower are working fine as well. The other KSP versions work without any problem. I only get the almost black window (the private devision logo doesnt even apeer)and some cpu usage in task manager nothing else happens. Anyway, looking through the persistent.sfs it seems that the experience is computed in-game from the CAREERLOG under ROSTER. Unfortunally the don't get far enough to even generate a crash report. If i copy the installs onto another system they run without any problems. like i mentioned its a problem of 3 diffrent KSP versions, i tested the vanilla game and a modded version which worked 2 months ago no luck on both. Test game function in new game save before adding in any old saves or mods. Manually go to the folder and delete the whole thing.
